I say go outside as much as the stupid utah weather will let you. You're brain needs the oxygen and sunshine and so do your kids. As to your last post now being done nursing my third baby, don't worry it gets better but really it is a personal choice. Remember the baby is learning how to do everything he's doing so try to be patient and don't worry the other little ones will get used to the whole system. Just think of each time you nurse it gives you a moment to sit and be still. As Moms we have a lot of busy time and nursing is one of the only things we have to do that helps us to be still.
