My friend, Sarah Young and I decided that we would go to the zoo one last time before I had my fourth child. We picked the best day to go because it was semi cold and kept most people away from the zoo that day so it wasn't as crowded. We were able to see the new part of the zoo they just finished. I thought it was gonna be months before we got to see it because I didn't want to go to the zoo if it was crazy busy. But like I said it was the perfect day to go.
Yes I am aware the Charity's eye are closed but it was the best one I had of the three older girls.
My handsome little boys!
All of Sarah and my kids. There were so many new places to take pictures and the kids seemed more into the new statues they put up then the rest of the zoo. I swear we spent at least 5 minutes at each new statue.
They kept fighting over who got to sit next to the seal head. So we had to let each kid have a turn, which is probably why it took so long to get to the animals.
The polar bear was being stubborn so this is what we got to see of the polar bear. Its statue.
My friend bought this awesome pass that gives you free unlimited rides. She had three guests on her pass plus her kids on her pass so we were able to ride the carousel many times. Plus since the zoo wasn't busy we didn't have to wait in line. The kids thought that was awesome being able to ride it like 8 times in a row. Even though by the end of it, it was freezing.
I can't believe how big she is. I can't believe she is gonna be 7 in a couple of months.
"I am cold but I am having way to much fun to go home"
We actually got to take pictures on the elephant because there was no line to wait in to take pictures
Aaron is the only one of my kids that didn't want to get up on the elephant. Or maybe he did but I think my battery may have died. I can't remember.
